Ordering commission&confirmation - payment&confirmation - Rough&confirmation - color&confirmation - Done
if you wish to make dramatic changes in pose or framing etc, it can only be done in the 'ROUGH' stage.
Please do note that once the commission moved on to the 'coloring' stage no dramatic changes can be made except minor color change.
Refunds
100% refunds are done only when the artist is not able to make it in the promised deadline
No refunds are available once the Commission reaches the end of stage 3.
Copyrights issues
Commissioner may print the commission for personal purposes only
and uploading to personal social account is also alright as long as it is credited
BUT the commissioner is prohibited to use the commission for merchandising and other profitable use
illegal distribution of the work is prohibited and illegal.

rough sample is able to change only once and additional dramatic change in the sample will have an additional cost of $3
When you have a sample (in pics)
<- doesn't have to be like this but important info needs to be there, what characters are in a shot / narrative&dialogue / emotion.
When you have a sample (in words)
words can be interpreted differently so more specific the better chance of getting it close to your satisfaction
